Also, the release number illustrated, "BOMB 128", falls within the catalog number sequence of Time Bomb Records of Japan.
Finally, although the split EP BOMB 128 is no longer available at the Time Bomb Records website, this split 45RPM single, BOMB-028-3, with two songs from the EP by each band (Make Up/Slant6 [sic]), is still available as of 03-04-2017:
